• AI-generated content analysis, summaries, and trend forecasts
• Free and premium tools for YouTube creators and marketers
• Keyword research, competitor analysis, and video idea generation
• Weekly trend digests and topic tracking

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of AI-generated content.

3. User Accounts

Some features require authentication via Google OAuth. By signing in, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Trendight offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us within 7 days of purchase

5. User-Generated Content

Users may post comments on video pages. By posting content, you agree that:

• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content is not defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful
• You grant Trendight a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your comments on the Site
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Trendight, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, AI-generated analysis, and software, is the property of Trendight or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• YouTube video metadata (titles, thumbnails, descriptions) remains the property of the respective content creators and YouTube/Google
• AI-generated articles and analyses are original works created by Trendight
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality
• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or usage restrictions
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Site
