  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your original payment date.
  • Refunds apply only to the first subscription period (e.g., your first month or first year). Subsequent renewals are not eligible for a refund unless required by local law.
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your transaction ID or invoice number.
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (this helps us improve our service).

Once we receive your request, our support team will process it within **2 to 3 business days**. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Subscription Cancellation
